Email addresses -- when you sign up for our free guide, newsletter, or course waitlist, you provide your email address voluntarily.

Local analytics events -- we track basic usage events (page views, video clicks, button taps) using localStorage in your browser. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

localStorage data -- we store your language preference, email capture status, and UTM parameters locally in your browser to improve your experience.

Email nurture -- we send you helpful immigration content, guide updates, and course announcements. That's it.

Improving content -- aggregate, anonymous analytics help us understand which topics are most useful so we can make better videos and guides.

We never sell your data -- your email and personal information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not use tracking cookies. Instead, we use your browser's localStorage to remember your language preference and email capture status.

Third-party resources: our site loads Tailwind CSS from a CDN and Google Fonts. These services may set their own cookies according to their respective privacy policies.

You can clear all locally stored data at any time through your browser settings.

We only send emails to people who voluntarily provide their email address (opt-in). Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will stop emailing you promptly.

We use a small number of trusted services to run this website:

• Cloudflare -- website hosting and delivery
• Email service provider -- to send newsletters and guide downloads
• Stripe -- to process payments securely (for our course). Stripe handles all payment data directly; we never see or store your card information.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and is selected for its strong data protection practices.

If you are in Brazil, you have rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), including:

• The right to know what personal data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to data portability

We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. All of our emails identify us clearly, include a physical mailing address, and provide an easy way to unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
